Every signal is calculated from four inputs: stock level, sales velocity, contribution margin, and supplier lead time. Each factor is weighted and combined into a single signal score — no black box, no surprises.
A SKU with great stock but terrible margin won't get a Push. A high-margin SKU with 2 days of runway will Pull Back. The signal reflects the full picture.

Every brand has different fulfilment realities. Skurai's defaults work out of the box, but you can set Pull Back thresholds per SKU, per product category, or globally — and override any signal at any time.
High-velocity products need tighter safety stock. Low-velocity items can tolerate more risk. Custom thresholds let your signal strategy match your operational model.
