How Skurai compares to basic pause tools
The other apps in this space do one thing — they watch for zero stock and pause your campaigns when it happens. That solves the obvious problem after it has already cost you money.
Skurai works further upstream. It reads your stock levels, sales velocity, margin, and restock lead times together — and starts adjusting spend days before you run out. By the time a competitor tool fires, Skurai has already protected your margin.
- Pause at zero stock only
- Binary on/off — no gradient
- Google and Meta only
- No velocity or margin intelligence
- No AI recommendations
- No sales or ROAS visibility
- React after the damage is done
- Signals fire before stockout
- Push · Hold · Pull Back gradient
- All 5 major ad platforms
- Velocity + margin + lead time signals
- AI budget recommendations via Claude
- Full ad efficiency and sales dashboard
- Protect margin before units run out
- Relies on you checking daily
- Campaigns run through weekends
- No cross-platform coordination
- Stockouts discovered after the fact
- No data layer — instinct only
- One missed check costs real money
Common questions
When does billing start?
Your 14-day free trial starts the moment you install. No credit card is required to begin. Billing starts on day 15 if you choose to continue — you can cancel any time before that with no charge.
What does the early access offer include?
Waitlist members get their first month free on whichever plan they choose when Skurai launches on the Shopify App Store. After 1 month, billing begins at the standard rate for their chosen plan. You will receive one email when Skurai is ready to install — nothing else until then.
What counts as a SKU?
Each product variant in Shopify is one SKU. A t-shirt with 3 colours and 4 sizes counts as 12 SKUs. If you are close to your plan limit, Skurai will notify you and upgrading takes one click from inside your Shopify admin.
Which ad platform should I choose on Starter?
Most brands start with Meta — it is the most widely used DTC platform and where inventory-aware signals tend to have the highest immediate impact. You can switch your connected platform at any time from within Settings.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, any time from inside your Shopify admin. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do I need to connect all platforms on Growth or Scale?
No. Connect only the platforms you actively use. You can add more at any time — your plan sets the maximum, not a minimum.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your signals, metrics, and activity log remain accessible until the end of your current billing period. Nothing is deleted immediately. If you reinstall within 30 days your data is fully restored.
Is my inventory data shared with ad platforms?
No. Skurai sends budget adjustment signals to your ad platforms — it does not share your inventory, product, or sales data with them. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Will pricing change after launch?
Early access members lock in their plan price for the lifetime of their subscription. Any future pricing changes apply only to new customers.
